"This hotel is literally across the street from the Porta Marina entrance to Pompeii Archeological site. They were kind enough to allow luggage storage after we checked out so we could visit the site. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and got us ready for a day of exploring!"

"Great place to stay in the heart of it all. The host sent thorough instructions of the check-in process and there was even a helpful neighbor nearby to show us to the lift. The host was very flexible regarding check in and check out. Upon check out we were allowed to store our luggage while we continued to explore the city before leaving via train late at night. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful and friendly host. The room was clean and comfortable. We had a nice balcony overlooking a very busy street but even with the hustle and bustle and traffic noise, as soon as you close that balcony door, silence...offering a peaceful night of rest in a very comfortable bed after a long journey over and day of exploring. "Hotel room was clean and modern. Housekeeping every day. Neighborhood was kind of sketchy but over the four days we were there found it to be safe and the people kind. Lots of close by restaurants and the taxi stand is steps away. I’m a lone female traveller with a young child so safety is my number one concern. "

"It was such a unique experience staying in an 18th-century villa — the property is truly beautiful, full of history and charm. Of course, with any old building, there are quirks. Our room had a plumbing issue at first, but as soon as we mentioned it to the front desk, they had someone come right away and fix it. The shower still had a bit of a smell at first, but it cleared after running the water — to be expected in a building this old. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was warm and helpful, and we especially appreciated the young pool bartender — he was curious and engaging, and added a personal touch to our experience. Other than the typical “old building” issues you just have to accept, the room was amazing and the entire property felt like a hidden gem. It’s also in a great location: very close to Herculaneum and about a 20-minute (uphill) walk to the train station. We’re so glad we found this place and would definitely stay again!"

"Excellent hotel located in a beautiful zone of Naples. Great transportation option with subway 3 blocks from the hotel. General maintenance of hotel is good. We found two issues, the sink was not draining properly and the TV remote was missing batteries. Those issues were corrected immediately by the hotel staff. It neeeds better logistics for breakfast where cutlery is difficult to find, there is only one salt recipient or sometimes a door to access breakfast is closed and difficult to open if you have your hands busy. Those are minor details. It is one of the best hotels in Nápoles and very well located. The area is safe. very well maintained for Naples standards and great night environment with restaurants and walkable streets."

"Thai property looks from outside like normal old style building. But inside is like NASA. Really good and newly renovated it, very fashionable and great bathroom with Jacuzzi. We have a blast time here. Good beds, the most important of this placed is the staff, the Italians are very friendly and attentive and they bring the breakfast to the room. You like VIP 😎 thanks. "

"This was a very nice hotel smack in the middle of a pigeon’s paradise. The streets are dirty, the city is loud. Do not attempt (women) walking the city in open toed footwear. "

"The hotel is conveniently located to the metro station, shops and restaurants. It is a bit noisy and busy, a lot of foot traffic in that area. Overall it was a great experience and stay."

"The room was amazing!! The hot tub/jacuzzi was great, we didn't really use the sauna and breathing rooms however they looked nice. The air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom was good the only minor issue was the shower didn't drain the best and you had to watch it wouldn't overflow. the location was also great with a bakery opposite and a shop next door, it was just down the street a 10 minute walk from the main train station, the bus stop from the airport and the metro. it was a 6 minute walk to the mount Vesuvius/ Pompeii pick up points. We had an amazing experience !!"

"10/10! The room was cozy and well air-conditioned. Staff were incredible and super friendly, and the hotel was in an amazing location along a busy shopping street. Only slight issue was it could get quite loud at night, due to the area being very busy."
